Adorable premise, but for some reason the ears were wonky (?) and mismatched, and after the first wash a thread came loose and I might've lost the stuffing in it if I didn't know how to close the hole. (Seems to be from changing threads at the end of a spool, which I won't fault them for of course, but there was only a knot at where the strands attached rather than some allowance in the part where it attaches, which may be why it came apart) Also seems like it may have been slightly understuffed? May just be my preference for firmer plush. Otherwise a very adorable mallow, if you can ignore the velvety texture on the attached hearts.
The concept of Cupcake the Valloween Dragon is excellent. If correctly executed and of acceptable quality she would have been the prettiest dragon in my collection. However, what I received was a damaged plush with its tag torn in two, and a large hole in one of the hearts she’s holding. The damage is so obvious that I have no idea how she passed a quality inspection!
I had to open a support ticket, wait several days for someone to respond, and then box her up and send her back with the promise that an undamaged replacement would be sent. And, because Jazwares has burned me before by running out of the product I’m supposed to receive, I went ahead and bought another Cupcake and am hoping both she and the replacement Jazwares sends, arrive undamaged.
